x77 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistani Players

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using x77 — including through the website at x77.ad or through the x77 mobile app — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all players regardless of how they access the platform.

2 Eligibility and Registration

x77 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a valid CNIC, passport, or proof of address. Account functionality may be restricted until verification is complete. Submitting fraudulent identity documents is grounds for immediate and permanent account closure.

By registering, you confirm that all information you provide — including your name, date of birth, address, and contact details — is accurate and up to date. You must update this information promptly if it changes.

3 Account Security and Responsibility

You are fully responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your x77 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication details. x77 will never ask you to share your password by email, phone, or any other channel.

• Do not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• Use a strong, unique password that you do not use on other platforms.
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices.
• Notify x77 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

x77 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to keep credentials secure. All activity carried out using your account credentials will be treated as activity by you, unless you have reported a security concern to x77 in advance of that activity.

4 Deposits and Payments

x77 accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are supported for deposits:

• JazzCash mobile wallet
• Easypaisa mobile wallet
• Raast instant payment system
• Bank transfer (inter-bank and online banking)
• Debit and credit cards
• Other approved mobile wallets as listed on the deposit page

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. Deposits are generally credited to your account balance promptly once confirmed by the payment provider. x77 does not charge fees for deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

You may only deposit using payment methods and accounts that are registered in your own name. Depositing on behalf of another person, or accepting deposits from third parties into your x77 account, is strictly prohibited. x77 reserves the right to request evidence that the payment source belongs to you before processing any withdrawal from funds deposited by a particular method.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified payment method registered to your account. x77 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, unverified payment methods, or payment methods not registered in your name.

• Withdrawals are subject to identity verification. x77 may request documentation before releasing funds, particularly for first-time withdrawals or large amounts.
• Bonus funds must have their associated wagering requirements met in full before any withdrawal can be made.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply per transaction and per day, as displayed on the Withdrawal page.
• x77 aims to process withdrawal requests within the timeframes stated on the Withdrawal page, subject to payment provider processing times.
• x77 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending investigation of suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or breach of these terms.

If a withdrawal is declined or delayed, x77 support will advise you of the reason and any steps required to resolve the matter. Repeated attempts to withdraw while an investigation is active will not expedite the process.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

x77 offers bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms stated in the individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. Eligibility criteria — such as minimum deposit amounts, eligible payment methods, or account status — will be stated in the promotion terms.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement. This is a multiplier applied to the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) that must be wagered through eligible games before the bonus or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games, live casino, and sports betting may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. Contribution rates are stated in each promotion's terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Bonuses not claimed within the stated period, or wagering requirements not met before the deadline, will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• x77 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Players who have already claimed a bonus will be subject to the terms in place at the time of claiming.

7 Sports Betting Rules

x77's sports betting section covers cricket (including PSL, T20 internationals, and other formats), football, esports, and other sports markets as available. The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on x77:

• All bets are placed in PKR. Minimum and maximum stake amounts apply per bet and per market, as displayed at the time of placement.
• Bets are settled according to the official result of the relevant match or event as declared by the governing body or recognised official source.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or not completed within the timeframe specified by x77's settlement rules, bets may be voided and stakes returned.
• In-play (live) betting markets are subject to suspension at any time during the event. x77 is not liable for bets that could not be placed during a live market suspension.
• x77 reserves the right to void bets placed after the outcome of an event was already determined, or where a market was offered in error.
• Maximum payout limits apply per bet and per day. These limits are displayed on the betting section and may be updated periodically.
• x77 reserves the right to limit the stake amounts available to individual players on any market without prior notice.

For PSL and international cricket markets specifically, settlement is based on the official scorecards and match results as published by the Pakistan Cricket Board or the ICC as applicable. Disputes regarding match results must be raised within 72 hours of settlement.

8 Casino, Slot Games and Fish Games

All casino games, slot titles, live dealer tables, fish games, and other game types available on x77 are operated using certified random number generation (RNG) software or provided by established third-party game suppliers. The outcomes of all games are random and cannot be predicted or influenced by any player.

• The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is determined by the game supplier and represents the theoretical long-term payout rate. RTP figures are informational and do not guarantee individual session results.
• Technical malfunctions — including server errors, disconnections, or software faults — that affect the outcome of a game round may result in the round being voided and the stake returned.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on x77. Engaging in any of the below will result in immediate account suspension, investigation, and likely permanent closure with forfeiture of any remaining balance:

• Creating or operating more than one account, whether under your own identity or a false one.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for regular players.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Colluding with other players in card games, live casino games, or sports betting pools to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment gaming — including using x77 as a money transfer mechanism.
• Engaging in chip dumping, match fixing, or any other form of sports betting fraud.
• Providing false documentation during identity verification.
• Using payment methods that do not belong to you or that are obtained fraudulently.

10 Account Suspension and Closure

x77 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any clause of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or use of the platform for any illegal purpose.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Player request for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming programme.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for other reasons — such as inactivity or at the player's own request — any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

11 Responsible Gaming

13 Limitation of Liability
